Lately I have had a spiritual calling to change my life style, especially the food I put in my body. I've been becoming a vegetarian for the past couple of years, and over the last week I have accelerated my transformation by erradicating any kind of animals (excluding derivates like cheese or eggs) completely from my daily diet. It feels good, and most of all, healthy.
Today's lunch was a succulent yet simple garlic-sauteed red beans, accompanied with sauteed corn, carrots and green beans and the main dish consisted of a green salad (spinach and romaine) mixed with grape tomatoes, golden raisins, bell peppers, boiled eggs, feta cheese, and green onions. No Dressing.
